Laser hair removal is one of the recent advancement in the cosmetic medicine field. This is a technology that continues to be developed. For example, at this point in time laser hair removal technology allows removing black and brown hair. It is still very hard and many times impossible to use the laser hair removal technology on white and red hair, but as technology develops, more and more possibilities are opening. There are many clinics that offer laser hair removal services and many doctors that can tell you what the laser hair removal procedure can do specifically for you (based on your type of hair and skin).
In general, the laser hair removal is a medical procedure that allows men and women to eliminate or reduce the hair coverage on many areas of their body. Though the laser hair removal is a method that allows for permanent hair removal, this is not done right away. You will have to attend several laser hair removal therapy sessions (usually five to ten sessions) during a certain period of time (usually eight to fifteen months). Only going through the full laser hair removal treatment will result in long-term results. The actual number of treatments and the overall laser hair removal treatment period will depend on the type of your skin, hair and the type of laser used for the procedure.
In general, the laser hair removal is the process that is used to destroy the hair follicles without causing any damage to the skin. You will be advised to stop waxing the skin area where you would like to have the hair removed for the period of approximately two months before the laser hair removal treatment. The reason for several sessions is the fact that not all hair follicles are destroyed. The new hair that grows after one session is removed during the next laser hair removal session. This process goes on until almost all hair follicles are destroyed.

Has your house had a check up yet?
Home inspection is like a visit to the doctor for your home. The home inspector will give your home a physical from top to bottom.
Most of us do not know enough about the structures and systems of our home to give it the kind of thorough investigation that a good home inspector can give you. This leaves us open to unexpected and costly repairs. A good home inspection is preventive maintenance that lets you know about some of the problems before they occur. Home inspectors will let you know about anything dangerous they see.
Home inspection checks the roof for leaks and potential leaks. They look at possible hazards from trees and wires above the house. They check the attic for any dangerous wiring or storage or structural problems. They will check the electrical systems and plumbing to be sure they meet the codes for safety and are functioning properly.
Home inspection looks for insect problems such as termites that could be damaging your home from the inside. They help you catch these pests before serious problems occur and advise you how to get help for any damage already there.
Home inspection checks your foundation and your basement. Many homes have problems no one ever sees because they are below ground. Homes literally go up in smoke each year because of the poor storage of hazardous cleaning rags and chemicals. Home inspectors are alert to these, as well.
Home inspection also tells you what’s working well in your home. If the foundation is solid, the plumbing and electrical systems up-to-date, and the roof is fit to last another 10 years, they will let you know.
Don’t wait. Check with American Society of Home Inspectors at Ashi.Org, one of the oldest and largest organizations of home inspectors in the US. Get your home inspected soon!

Aloha! If you are interested in choosing a Maui income
property, then there are some details that you should know.
You might be a bit intimidated by the whole process of
buying a home. This article will offer tips to those that
are thinking of investing in Maui income properties.
First of all, you should find an agent that you like. If
you are not sure about an agent, just keep looking through
the computer system, or actively drive to one that looks
good. Always give extensive feedback to your agent about
what you like and don’t like. Working closely with your
agent will give you a better feel for the market. Your
agent will handle all negotiations.
Second, a real estate agent will give you expert local
advice on schools, communities and local economy. Maui is
the second largest of the Hawaiian Islands, with great
snorkeling beaches and constant sunshine. Maui continues to
grow as more and more people discover its allure and decide
to live there. There are many benefits for those wishing to
make a profit from buying a Maui property.
Third, if you are going to buy Maui income properties, then
market conditions will play a crucial role in determining
the asking price. It is important that you get solid advice
from an agent that is an expert in your specific area. The
agent will know how houses are selling in your chosen area.
Other factors need to be taken into account when choosing
your property; for example a nearby commercial development
may create congestion and noise, but it might also attract
people who will be working in the new offices. Economic
conditions have a strong effect on the real estate market.
An agent will help you weigh up all the options.
Forth, an agent will save you from wasting unnecessary time
looking for property. The agent will make it his or her
business to be aware of every local home or property on the
market. Some agents will also know of property that has yet
to be formally placed on the market.
Fifth, the next step is to make a list of features that you
are looking for in the home. For example, if you are
thinking about renting your Maui property to tenants, how
many bedrooms do you want?
Sixth, be aware of the costs associated with closing on the
purchase of a property. There are inspection fees, mortgage
charges, as well as property taxes.
And finally, the real estate business is very paper intensive, so
be prepared to deal with this. Again it is worth
highlighting that a good real estate agent will help you
with this, and reduce the paperwork for you. The benefits
of working with an agent are very clear: they will help you
buy or sell your home as quickly and as easily as possible.
These are just a few points to consider before buying Maui
income properties. Hopefully after reading this article you
will be better prepared to make a profit from your Maui
home. Remember; a good agent can improve your chances of
getting the best possible deal.

You probably have heard about the new directions of Oracle concern on Java and J2EE Technology. Oracle has announced the commitment with Java and also kept the “traditional development tools” community happy, promising they will continue to invest on them. But at the same time, Oracle recommends to their E-Business customers the following strategies (have a look at the Oracle Statement of Direction at http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/forms/pdf/10g/ToolsSOD.pdf):
• Move from client-server to the Web
• Upgrade to the latest versions
• Interoperate with Java/J2EE
• Develop new modules using JDeveloper
It’s clear that Oracle is aligning everything to Java and also recommending its customers to do just the same. So, it becomes very important to the customers to also adhere to the same technology. This will guarantee its investments at the long run. If you consider that Java Technology is the choice of many IT companies, like IBM, Sun, and Oracle itself, and also that the market is recognizing (maketshare, downloads, highest growth) its benefits, this will be a good movement.
It does not mean you need to change everything to Java: it is just a recommendation that the new modules could be done using Java. Oracle E-Business will run Forms for a long time. Oracle itself has not converted the entire E-Business itself to Java, and this will probably take a long time. Remember, they still have PeopleSoft, JDEdwards, Retek and now Siebel, a recent agreement on acquisition. They will “fuse” all in one architecture call “Fusion”.
Well, if your company has not written any application in Java yet, it is time to start. The next articles will focus on this technology, its principles and, mainly, the strategy the E-Business customers should take.

Prior to his retirement in 1970, Dr. Edward Howell, a well known food enzyme researcher, said why he believed, “Enzymes may be the key factor in preventing chronic disease and extending the human lifespan. Enzymes are substances which make life possible. They are needed for every chemical reaction in that occurs in our body. Without enzymes, no activity at all would take place. Neither vitamins, minerals, nor hormones can do any work — without enzymes.” In 1946, Dr. Howell wrote the book, “The Status of Food Enzymes in Digestion and Metabolism.” His most recent book is entitled, “Enzyme Diet.”
Most people today don’t realize it, but enzymes are a vital element in maintaining good health. Enzymes are responsible for every reaction in the human body. Without enzymes, we simply die. When enzyme production by the pancreas is insufficient, we can also have many, many health problems.
At this point you might be asking, “If our pancreas produces enzymes, why do we need to be concerned about getting them in our diet?” The answer is, our body has a limited ability to produce quality enzymes. Every time our pancreas is called on to produce enzymes, we are “using up” that ability to produce a good copy of the enzyme. Nature designed our systems to work with the enzyme content in foods provided in the natural world. When we eat raw food, it goes to the upper portion of our stomach where it is held, it is primarily here where digestion occurs. We have all been led to believe that the “acids” in our stomach digest the foods. This is just not correct! It is the enzymes within the foods that are responsible for digesting the food.
Once food has been acted upon by the enzymes, the material drops down into the lower portion of the stomach where additional enzymes go to work. The hydrochloric acid within the stomach does one primary thing. It lowers the pH of the stomach contents so other enzymes can go to work on different material. The point is this, when there are no enzymes within the food we eat, we set up an unhealthy series of events.
Whatever food is properly broken down from the enzymes supplied by the pancreas is absorbed as nutrients. The remainder of what we eat simply goes through the process of rotting. This process gives off gas, harmful waste products and damages the good bacterial culture within the colon.
The pancreas, being forced to produce massive amounts of enzymes, usually 2-3 times a day, way more than it was ever intended to do, gradually loose its ability to produce enzymes. With this, the entire metabolic system is slowly affected along with it, thus the aging process, the degenerative changes with the breakdown in our immune systems. Just imagine, if you will, let us say there has been 40 to 60 years of this taking place in our bodies. Thus making each and every meal we eat without enzymes causing a strain on the immune system just through the fact that our white blood cells contain enzymes that are used to digest and destroy foreign invaders and dead material our bodies try to get rid of. When our food is enzyme deficient, this causes much strain upon the immune system.
Another aspect to this is the continuous depletion of metabolic enzymes within the body. Enzymes within the blood stream and throughout the body that help clean the system, by breaking down fats, and other harmful materials. Think about it, what might happen if these enzymes are not there, and you go 40 or 60 years with the effects of accumulated fats within the system, and the damaging waste products which build up in the system would cause? Is there any wonder that heart disease is a major killer in this country? There’s only one enzyme that can break down fats within the body, and that is lipase. Without lipase, you don’t digest fat, you store it. This alone can result in weight gain and heart disease.
Good health or bad health isn’t something that suddenly just happens. Whether we experience good health or bad health is a result of our life style and our daily habits which produce the end results. You simply can’t abuse the system like that for so many years and not expect there to be a significant damage in the process.
So what is the answer? It is most important that one change their lifestyle, which can improve this situation. The simple facts are this, if you eat foods that have been processed or cooked above 118 degrees, you can rest assured that there are “no enzymes” within that food. You also can’t expect to eat a full course meal of cooked foods, and then just eat a “raw” salad, expecting the enzymes within the salad to “digest” your entire meal. In almost every case, foods contain enough enzymes to “self digest, and no more.
The other choice is to ignore this basic truth and do nothing. The results for this kind of decision making are being experienced today by millions of people all over the country. The United States has the best medical system on the planet, yet we Americans have the worst health of any modern nation on earth. Doesn’t that tell you that there is something wrong? The choice really is yours to make!
The author has had to deal with Type II diabetes, and open heart surgery. Due to this, he has taken a much greater interest the kind of foods he eats. He has become a strong advocate of living and raw foods. For more information: www.hungermania.com.

Although it would be wonderful if debt would magically
disappear, the only way to get rid of it is to pay it off.
Almost everyone has some sort of debt.
Although getting rid of debt is not as simple as accumulating
it, there is a way you can put a stop to the downward spiral.
There is a three step plan that can eliminate financial problems
for everyone. The three steps to solving your debt problems
include: inventory, prioritize, and rollover.
Take Inventory of All Debts Owed – Make a list of all credit
cards, personal loans, student loans, car loans, etc. Next to
each line item, list the interest rate and minimum payment
required. After you have come up with all creditors, rewrite
your loans in a different order. This time, line them up
starting with the highest interest rate loan and ending with the
lowest interest rate.
Prioritize Your Debts – The next step, is fairly simple because
most of the work is already done for you. Each month pay only
the minimum payment on every single loan except for the loan at
the top of the list. The loan at the top has the highest
interest rate, and therefore, is costing you the most
unnecessary money. Every time you get any extra cash in the
month you put it towards this loan and this loan only. You will
find that this loan will quickly diminish until it has
disappeared.
The Rollover Strategy – Rollover is the next and final step to
the debt elimination system. Once the first loan on your list is
paid off, simply rollover ALL the money you used to pay for that
loan and roll it over to the next item on your list. This should
be the loan with the 2nd highest interest rate. Each time you
pay off a loan you add more money into your payment pot. This
makes the next loan all that much quicker to eliminate. It
becomes a snowball rolling down the hill, picking up more snow
and more positive momentum.
If you are in a situation where you need help solving your debt
troubles, this system does work. The best thing you can do for
your financial future is to take the bull by it’s horns and
proactively work on solving your debt problems.

Serotonin is not just for depression–it’s potent for pain relief as well. Here’s a drug-free way you may be able to increase your supply of this natural painkiller.
If you’re taking the depression meds known as SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) to increase the serotonin available in your brain, you already know that more serotonin can mean less pain. That’s because it improves your mood, making pain less noticeable.
Fortunately the above is only the first of four positive effects of serotonin on pain. The other three are as follows:
• Serotonin blocks the perception of pain in the brain. It is dispatched to the area of the spinal cord where substance P is being released, helping to counteract it. This goes beyond mood–it’s a physical suppressing of the pain signal.
• Serotonin increases the flexibility of veins, arteries and capillaries. The more flexible they are, the less likely they are to generate pain.
• Serotonin is linked in some way to sleep. Science isn’t sure whether serotonin facilitates sleep, or whether sleep restores serotonin. Regardless of which is accurate, both sleep and serotonin have a positive impact on pain.
The beneficial impact of serotonin could possibly help back pain or pain in the neck or other extremities, arthritis pain, fibromyalgia pain, or neuropathic pain (nerve pain).
The Visualization Connection
Through visualization statements it may be possible to focus your subconscious on increasing the impact of serotonin on the pain process.
Visualization statements represent the specific language that your subconscious wants you to read back to it to help ease your pain. They’re simple and are targeted directly at the main factors that could bring you relief.
You can obtain these statements by learning how to communicate directly with your own subconscious mind. The process is straightforward and can be done at home by working with a facilitator over the telephone. You you need no special skills and no previous experience in working with the subconscious.
Serotonin Without Drugs
In our work we’ve seen that the subconscious seems willing and able to identify whether serotonin needs to be increased to relieve pain, and to identify the visualization statements helpful to bring about that increase. Visualizing more serotonin may give you an additional way to realize its benefits without taking more drugs.

The wedding day is not only the big event in a woman’s life, but also the day in which all the guests’ eyes are upon the bride, who is radiant from happiness, wanting to look picture-perfect for her big day. Bridal makeup tips, along with the proper hair care are basic to look and feel that way.
Since the very moment after the bride and groom have officially announced their engagement, planning for the wedding day should include the searching for wedding hairstyles and makeup tips. If the “Big Day” is on its way, keep in mind that it is best to look like yourself, but emphasizing special features of your face.
Your eyes are the window to your soul, so give them the proper frame applying a few of the eye makeup tips that you can easily find online, browsing magazines or asking a beauty advisor. However, not only the eyes, remember that there are a number of different makeup tips to help you look like a movie star.
Although hair care may continue as an ordinary activity, it may require particular attention in accordance to the different wedding hairstyles that you select in advance of your bridal gown. It is highly advisable to make the definite selection based on your wedding dress, but you must try several hairstyles before deciding on one of them.
Eye makeup tips should be practiced ahead of time to guarantee you will not look like a makeup experiment as a worse scenario. Curling your lashes to make your eyes open and stick to dark colored mascaras will make you look more natural, but if you want to add a dramatic effect, line your lower lashes.
Bridal makeup tips are enclosed with a simple concept: less is more. Because everybody will be looking at you on your wedding day, do not pretend to put all the makeup in the world all over your face. Masquerading yourself behind a heavily painted face will make you look artificial, particularly if you do not wear too much makeup in your every day activities.
Your diet and lifestyle will reflect in both your skin and your hair so the healthier your diet, the more beautiful you will look on the Big Day. Hair care should include a treatment with olive oil applied only on the hair’s ends at bedtime and washing it off the next morning. Trim your hair every 4 to 5 weeks even if you are growing it for an updo, and do not brush it when it is wet.
Healthy hair deserves an exceptional hairdo chosen from the many wedding hairstyles, including updos, medium hairstyles, curly hairstyles and even celebrity hairstyles, just make sure to discuss with your stylists the different styles and test those that you would like to wear on your wedding day.
